4. Public Display of Data

• Your name, team, match results, and performance may be publicly visible.

• By uploading a photo, you consent to its display on your profile or tournament media.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Refunds are available only before tournament approval or under admin-defined situations.

• If disqualified, no refund will be given.

• If a tournament is cancelled by us, all approved participants will receive full refunds.

6. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. Badel Group is not responsible for injuries, losses, or cancellations due to external factors.

7. Shop Terms

• All shop purchases are final unless defective.

• Shipping delays may occur depending on the location.

8. Modification of Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the new terms.
